Policy Notification

We appreciate that you’ve chosen us for your massage, hair, and nail needs. To provide the best service possible to our clients, we have implemented the following policies:

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you inform us of any changes to your schedule or if you need to cancel your appointment, allowing us at least 24 hours' notice. This courtesy enables us to manage our schedules and accommodate other clients waiting for services.

Please note our updated cancellation policy:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
In the case of a "No Call, No Show," the charge will be 100% of the service amount.
A credit card number may be required to book future appointments, so these fees can be applied if a late cancellation or "No Show" occurs.

We are sympathetic to emergencies and sudden illnesses. If you have symptoms like a fever, infection, or gastrointestinal distress within 24 hours of your appointment, please reschedule for everyone's safety. Likewise, in severe weather conditions, please prioritize your safety over making your appointment. Cancellations under these circumstances will typically not result in charges, but we assess each situation individually.

Your understanding and cooperation help us provide timely services to all our valued clients.

Late Arrival Policy

We kindly ask our new massage clients to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This extra time allows you to comfortably complete any necessary paperwork and discuss your needs with your therapist.

If an unforeseen event causes you to be late, please give us a call. We’ll try our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind, each appointment is carefully timed to respect both your schedule and that of subsequent clients. Therefore, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee for the service will still apply.

We strive to be punctual for all our appointments. If we’re running late, we’ll either extend your session accordingly or adjust the service fee to reflect the change. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth experience for all our clients.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Cash and major credit cards are accepted. A valid credit card may be required to reserve your appointment. Payment is expected in full on the day of the scheduled service.

Respect For Clients' Needs

All personal information provided by the client is confidential. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any change in health conditions and/or medications.
