Intuitive Touch Spa: Appointment Policies

Welcome to Intuitive Touch Spa, and thank you for entrusting us with your massage, hair, and nail care. To ensure a exceptional and consistent experience for every client and our dedicated team, we have established the following policies. Your understanding and cooperation allow us to maintain the high standards of service you deserve.

 

1. Our Commitment to Your Experience
At Intuitive Touch Spa, our team consists of highly skilled and certified professionals. To ensure you receive the most effective and personalized service, we carefully match clients with therapists based on their specialized skills, technique, and schedule availability. This allows us to address your specific needs, whether for deep tissue relaxation, a specific hair technique, or a detailed nail design. We are committed to a professional and non-discriminatory environment and, therefore, do not accept requests for a service provider based on gender. We confidently stand by the expertise and professionalism of every member of the Intuitive Touch Spa team.

 

2. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that schedules can change and require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or adjustments to your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • A "No Call, No Show" will be charged 100% of the service amount.

 

Illness & Emergencies: Your health and safety, and that of our team, are paramount. If you are experiencing fever, infection, or any contagious symptoms, please contact us to reschedule. In cases of sudden illness or emergency, fees may be waived at the spa's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment for the application of these fees.

 

3. Punctuality
We kindly ask that all new massage clients arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a brief intake form and consult with your therapist.

We deeply value timeliness for all our clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened to avoid inconvenencing the next client, and the full service fee will still apply. We will always endeavor to provide you with a wonderful experience within the remaining time.

Should our team ever be running behind, we will communicate with you promptly and will either extend your session or adjust the pricing accordingly.

 

4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the conclusion of your service. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

5. Client Confidentiality & Communication
All personal and health information you provide is held in the strictest confidence. To ensure your safety and the best possible results, please keep your service provider informed of any relevant changes in your health conditions or medications.
